SubScan — find the subscriptions draining your account

The average person underestimates their subscription spending by two to three times. Drop in a bank or card statement and see every recurring charge, ranked by what it costs you per year — with price hikes flagged. It runs entirely in your browser.

How it works

Export a CSV from your bank or credit card (almost every one offers "Download transactions" / "Export to CSV"). Drop it below. SubScan groups charges by merchant, works out which ones repeat on a regular cycle — weekly, monthly, yearly — and adds up what each is really costing you. No sign-up, no upload.

Your statement never leaves your browser. Every bit of parsing happens in this page's own JavaScript. It loads no scripts, no fonts, no analytics, and makes no network request after the page loads — so there is none that could send your data anywhere. Open your browser's Network tab and watch: load the file, scan it, nothing goes out.

One honest limit: a statement shows what you pay for, never what you still use. SubScan can't know you stopped watching a service — only that the charge keeps coming, how often, and whether the price crept up. It surfaces the facts and ranks the biggest ones; the "do I still need this?" call is yours.
